GIPMC

Skills are common. Credentials aren't. I ran LinkedIn and Instagram for GIPMC and built the feed that sells the difference.

01

Overview

GIPMC (Global Institute of Professional Management Certification) certifies professionals across 180+ programs - project management, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, Lean Six Sigma, and more - with backing from NASSCOM, NSDC, and BQF. I managed their LinkedIn and Instagram and designed the creative system you see in the feed: navy and gold, short punchy headlines, and posts that speak to real career moments - interview anxiety, feeling stuck, wanting global recognition - not generic 'enroll now' noise.

02

The Problem

Plenty of people have the skills. Few have the credential that makes a recruiter pause. GIPMC's social was not telling that story. Posts didn't feel like one brand. Some looked like a course marketplace. Others missed the emotional hook - the interview question, the career plateau, the gap between qualified and recognized. LinkedIn needed proof. Instagram needed aspiration. Both needed to point back to gipmc.org with a reason to click.

03

The Solution

I ran LinkedIn and Instagram end to end and built a repeatable creative system around what the posts actually say: Be Recognized. Find clarity. Learn today, lead tomorrow. Wear the proof. Each format had a job - aspirational lifestyle, platform showcase with 180+ courses and accreditations, category education across eight certification tracks, before/after interview storytelling, and direct enrollment CTAs like Enroll in 2 Minutes. Same navy-and-gold language every time.

04

Approach

How the channels and creatives were run.

01

Pain-point storytelling

Built posts around real career friction: 'Confused about your career growth?', 'Stuck in Your Career?', the interview moment when someone asks about formal certification. Then flipped to the GIPMC answer - clarity, uplift, 'Actually, yes. GIPMC certified.'

02

Proof over promise

Creatives that show the credential, the platform, and the scope - LLM Deployment Specialist certificates, 180+ courses, BQF/NASSCOM/NSDC badges, eight certification categories from AI to Project Management. Less hype, more 'here's what you get.'

03

One visual system

Locked navy, gold, and white across every format - peeling-back futures, crowd-standout portraits, split-screen interviews, laptop mockups, category grids, and the global puzzle-globe closer. Short headlines. Clear CTAs to gipmc.org.
